Service terms
Scope & limits
- One-time services cover a single application engagement and are delivered within 14 days.
- Career Agent is monthly: up to 5 researched opportunities per billing cycle; unused research does not roll over.
- We prepare and pursue applications — we do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment.
Cancellation & refunds
- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; service continues to the end of the paid cycle, then stops.
- One-time services are refundable in full before a recruiter starts work, pro-rata once delivery has begun.
- Withdrawing authorization stops further work — billing is unaffected unless cancellation is also requested.
Who pays what: these services are purchased by the candidate. Employer recruitment engagements — sourcing, shortlisting and placement — are contracted and invoiced separately to the employer through the employer workspace. No employer fee is ever charged to a candidate.
